How to Prepare
We ask that you complete your paperwork online at this link ahead of your appointment. Remember to take your insurance card with so that we can get a copy of it. You can plan on spending about 45 minutes with us at your first visit. We pride ourselves on running on time so that you’re never inconvenienced.
After showing you around the office, Our Providers will sit down with you to discuss your history and do a thorough examination. If necessary, we’ll take X-rays and create a treatment plan, which can begin on your second visit.
At your report of findings, our provider will walk you through your X-rays and exam results. You’ll find out what the root of your problem is and how we plan to correct it. We’ll detail the time it takes, the commitment from you and all financial information. This appointment takes 30-45 minutes.
Your regular visits with us take about 10-15 minutes.
